Vitamin E: It is the oxygen taker of the scalp. It improves growth and provides smoothness to the hairs. It also enhance the immune function and its can be assumption can be 8000 to 1000 Lu daily.
Zinc: It again enhances the growth and immune function. 50 to 100mg is sufficient per day.
