Hair Types

There are generally three types of hairs that are oily hairs, dry hairs and normal balanced type of hairs. We will tell you about each type of hairs and how to keep them healthy and good looking even if they are in bad condition.

Different Types of Hair

There are different types of hairs and they need to be understood as we have to work on them. Taking about the basic types of hairs, here are these listed below:

Oily Hair: Oily hairs are generally sign for oily skin types. This kind of oiliness is due to excessive oil secretion by the skin.

Due to this skin and hair both look oily and gluey. Oily hairs are very sensitive to the dirt because even after shampoo they look greasy and attract dirt very fast. These kind of hairs need to be washed thrice a day and use of lemon can be affective. A good massage with herbal oil can really help in controlling excessive oil and pH level in scalp. To reduce this sticky oily look avoid fried and oily food and drink lots of water and healthy food with lots of fruits.

Dry hair types: Dry hairs are generally because of the inactive oil glands which secrete oil. Dry hairs can be also because of sun expose and use of chemicals to the hair. Due to use of these chemicals the oil secreting pores get blocked and hair looks dry. Massage your hairs twice a week with hearable oil rich in zinc. Do not sue electric drier allow them to dry naturally. Use mild shampoo avoids chemicals as they further dry the scalp and your skin will become worse.

Balanced or Normal Hair: Its is the best type of hair with shining and smoothness. These hairs are not too oily and not to dry. Use of the proper shampoo and good conditioner is the best example. You should also follow the good diet chart to keep your hairs and yourself fit and healthy.
