Keeping skin healthy and perfect is the basic need of every one. All of us want to look good and charming so to keep ourselves beautiful and attractive.

Basic Skin Care


Skin Cleansing : The basic thing one need while taking any skin care action is the skin type. Generally there are two main types of skin that are dry skin and oily skin type. For these kinds of skin the main thing is the skin cleansing and toners. Skin cleansers are use to remove the dirt, pollution, residual makeup of the skin which can harm the skin and make breakages if not removed.

To apply the cleanser what you need to do is just wash out your face with cold fresh water and let it dry itself. When face water dried up apply the cleanser and massage it with light hands so that the skin can absorb it and the dirt which is attracted by our skin can come out. After massaging it for 2 to 4 min wash you face with water again and clean it with clear towel. After cleanser you need is toner.

Skin Toning: Skin toning is another way of keeping skin healthy and fresh. To apply toner you should clean your skin. It helps you not only in skin refreshment but also improve your blood pressure. Apply toner on your face including your fore head and your chin. Home made toners can also be the best option as you just require two things that are rosewater and witch- hazels. It can be easily available in the market. After applying toners you can wash your face with in 3 to 4 minutes. If you going for the home made skin toners you should keep these tips in mind that are:

For normal skin type : You need to Mix 3/4 cup rosewater with 1/4 cup witch-hazel.

For Very Greasy Skin : Mix equal quantities of rosewater and witch-hazel.

For dry skin : Mix 3/4 cup rosewater, 1/4 cup witch-hazel and 1/2 teaspoon glycerin or honey.

Daily bathing : Daily bath is the important part to keep the skin glowing. Bathing with cold water keeps your blood flow normal and washes out the excessive Greece and dirt so that your skin can breathe properly and can grow up healthier day by day. In winters we should not bath with so much hot water as it have negative affect on skin? It sometimes result into skin burns and sue to which we also complains about skin etchings and scars. So mixed water is the best option and regular bath should be taken.

Nutritious diet : Nutritious food is very important and recommended for the good skin. It is strongly advised to take 2000 mg vitamin dosage daily. It is also seen that vitamin C is the building block of the blood vessels so it helps in keeping skin fresh. Not only the vitamin food but drinking lots of water can be the reason to keep skin in good form and toned.
