If you have acne skin you should use medicines with the doctor advice as the wrong used medicine can really cause harm to your skin.

It is the most common skin disease which is treated by physicians. According to the survey there is 85% of adolescence which suffer from this kind of problem. Acne is not always the same they are generally divided into two sub sets and they are red bumps and black/white heads.

  1. Washing to twice a day : Acne skin should be washed daily once in the morning when you wake up and next it then when you go to bed.
  2. Use non-abrasive cleanser : Use non alcoholic cleanser as it will clean all the dead cells and tone your skin.
  3. Use your fingertips : Use your tips to clean your face palms can used as scrubbers and can create more acne problems
  4. Never scrub the skin : Do not scrub your skin as scrubbing can cause breaks and can cause unwanted redness and irritation.
  5. Shampoo regularly : If you have oily hairs wash them regularly as oily hairs have affect on your skin and it will look oily.
